i have spent the whole day at the NTIS website.the email trail below explains some of my frustration.

it is simply described as "produce writings" vbp552
as for the search engine i have not been able to get a result for searches for anything(21675vic, diploma of professional writing and editing, poetry, vbp552, i just keep getting the 'no matches' dialogue). i am on a mac but i have tried netscape, safari and ie browsers all with the same result.

What I am referring to in regards to the search experiencing technical difficulties is that, certain RTO's will not display when typed in manually.
You will need to find out what the name for the unit code VBP552 is, so that I will try my best to assist you
